Refund policy
At Nokshita, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have established the following policy:
1. Instant Inspection & Easy Returns (At the Doorstep)
We encourage all customers to inspect the product thoroughly while the delivery person is present.
- Change of Mind: If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason at the time of delivery, you may return it immediately to the delivery person.
- Condition: In such cases, the customer is required to pay the Delivery Charge to the delivery agent, and the product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags intact.
2. Exchange for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you discover an issue after the delivery person has left, such as:
- Manufacturing Defects: Physical damage or stitching issues.
- Wrong Item/Color: If the product received does not match the color or specifications of your order.
Process for Exchange:
- Please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the item.
- Provide your Order ID and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will arrange an Exchange for the correct or fresh item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control, products that have been washed, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
